In 2016, I taught English at the Rose Act Saturday School in Alexandra, Gauteng. After teaching for almost two years I recognised that most youngsters struggle to connect the dots when it is time to make the biggest decision of their lives. This led to me hosting bi-annual career fairs in my home township Clermont, the events were called Clermont Career Fair.
